    Currency
    The currency in Denmark is Danish Kroner (DKK). 1 EURO is about 7.55 DKK. Banking hours are 10.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday. Thursday also 16.00 - 18.00. Banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Exchange offices or cash dispensers are available in Kastrup Airport, Copenhagen, at Copenhagen and Odense Central Railway stations, as well as at the Congress site. Cash dispensers, taxies, and most shops accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, and Diners Card. Big shopping malls accept Euros as notes, but not coins.

    Cancellation
    Fees will be refunded with a deduction of 25% if cancellation is received before May 1, 2004. After this date, no refund will be made.

    ISTS member registration
    Registration fee discount is only available if you are a member of ISTS at registration. Membership will be verified by ISTS.

    Student registration
    Certification by their professor is required.

    Accompanying persons
    Accompanying persons are invited to attend all the social events. Accompanying persons do not have access to lecture halls.

    Catering
    Tea and coffee will be available during scheduled breaks throughout the meeting. Lunch is included in the registration fee and is served in the Restaurant Eurest at the university.
